1.1 Information required to use the RDM 2019 Ltd Services.

We request and collect the following personal information about you when you use the RDM 2019 Ltd Services. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us and enables us to comply with our legal obligations. Without it, we may not be able to provide you with all the services you have requested.

The email address enables us and our representatives to inform the parent of upcoming events related to the learning process at RDM 2019 Ltd, possibly if there is a cancellation of classes or change of day and time of classes, emergencies such as illness of a teacher, quarantine due to illness and other force majeure circumstances The email address allows us to inform parents about upcoming opportunities for early enrollment and discounts and anything that may be useful to them as information related to the educational process, as well as to inform them about upcoming events, seminars that we organize.

All these messages (based on email address) directly related to the provision of our service can also be sent via Facebook

4/ Relationship with the child: to know the parent, carer or other relative of the child is the registered client

5/ City: to offer the most convenient centre for the user

6/ Address: for correspondence by post including to send a certificate of completion if required.

7/ Telephone: it is necessary to inform the client in case of change of classes, cancellation, emergency messages and to inform about registration for new term and accordingly if they can use promotions in this regard to have the information on time

8/ How did you hear about us? this information is necessary to measure the effectiveness and improve our service, as well as to better target our communication messages to our customers.

9/ Child’s name: in order to be able to address a child by name in class, we offer a group but personalised service and it is important to help children get used to name recognition from a young age, and if a client has more than one child enrolled with us it is necessary to differentiate.

10/ Gender of child: information useful for planning the learning process and for determining the colour of branded outfits and materials

11/ Child’s birth date: important information for choosing a group. As groups are also formed by age, without a date of birth the appropriate class cannot be selected.

1.2 The information you decide whether to give us

You may choose to provide us with additional personal information to get a better experience when using RDM 2019 Ltd Services. This additional information will be processed based on your consent.

Marketing consent to receive information via email, Push Notifications, Facebook and/or SMS.

Consent to take and use photographs – you may give us consent to take photographs and videos of you and your child to use for marketing, advertising or educational purposes

Other information you may choose to provide us with other information when you complete forms, participate in surveys, polls or promotions, when you update or populate your parent portal with new information, or when you use other features of RDM 2019 Ltd services

1.3 Information required to use the payment services

The Payment Data Controller must collect the following information as it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract with you, It is also required to comply with applicable legislation (such as anti-money laundering rules). Without this information, you will not be able to use Payment Services and Co-payment RDM 2019 Ltd services, as you must have paid before you come in for an appointment:

Payment Information. In order to use certain features of the RDM 2019 Ltd Services (such as booking or purchasing), we may require you to provide certain financial information (such as your bank account or credit card) to facilitate payment processing (we use an outside vendor for payments – for example, one option is ePay).

IV.    How you can access, update or delete your data

To more easily access, view, update or delete personal data (if any), or to update your subscription preferences, please log in to your RDM 2019 Ltd portal change the details you wish to be changed. Alternatively if you would like your data removed you can contact us using one of the methods described in the “Contact Us” section below and we will remove your personal data from our servers within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
